Indian employers, about 5,109 of whom were interviewed during the survey, reported the most optimistic forecast for the first quarter of 2010. With 38 per cent of employers anticipating an increase in headcount, just 2 per cent expecting a decrease and 53 per cent predicting no change, the resulting Net Employment Outlook stands at +39 per cent.
